Concert Transfers by Minibus & Upcoming Concerts

Concerts!  A summertime right of passage, the ultimate road trip, and just all around good fun.  Some of the fondest memories I have growing up were going to concerts with my friends.  Music is something that brings people together that may otherwise not.  I have found that the difference in hearing music live versus hearing it recorded are vast.

Certain genre’s or bands that I did not like and then someone talked me into attending a concert and suddenly my whole opinion changed.  One such concert happened when I was 19 years old.  I will never forget it.  Rob Zombie was opening for Korn.  I love Rob Zombie and I hated Korn.  What to do?  Well I went to the concert with my friends.  There were eight of us and we rented a minibus to get to the venue because we were about 150 km away in a small town and splitting the cost into the city was much cheaper and a lot more reliable than trying to get our rolling wrecks from the desert to the city.

I never like Korn before that day so many years ago and today they are one of my favourite bands.  That concert changed my opinion of them forever.  There music literally pounded right into my very soul.  I never truly heard them until I listened to them live.  The sound and energy that is exchanged at a good performance by master musicians is something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime, and hopefully many many more.

One of the greatest things about taking the minibus with private driver was no one had to be the loser that had to stay sober at the concert and no one had to be the jerk that got behind the wheel drunk.  This was a win win situation for everyone involved.  I won’t tell you quite how long ago the concert was but the mark it left on me was indelible.

Chartering a minibus for concert transfers is fun, economical and easy!  Now without further ado, here is my list of upcoming concerts for Sydney that will make an awesome road trip.
